Initial situation

The existing website needed to be restructured as part of a relaunch.

Content was partly unclear, outdated, or not well structured.

Goal

The goal was to create a clear and understandable structure that helps users quickly find relevant information.

At the same time, the website needed to reflect the strategy “Gemeinsam Digital: Berlin” in its content.

Approach

Workshop with the client to clarify content and requirements.
Analysis and restructuring of existing content.
Development of a new site structure.
Iterative alignment within the team and with the client.
